Up until now, the owner has made it conventionally without the help of modern devices. “We started the business at 1994. It was taken a place right in front of our house but then we move to a place closer to the high way, ” Ce Ahwa the owner of Pempek Candy said.
In a day, Pempek Candy of Palembang could spend around 500 kg of pempek dough. Long story short they now have had a chain shop at Prabumulih, South Sumatra. And, they have had hundreds of workers helping them in the business. (*)
